Managers of Russia’s Bashneft buy shares in company
MOSCOW, Jun 23 (PRIME) -- Seven top managers of Russian oil company Bashneft have bought shares in the company, including CEO Alexander Korsik, who bought a 0.0293% stake on June 15, Bashneft said in a statement Thursday.
Taking into account the company’s share price at the Moscow Exchange as of June 15, Korsik’s stake could cost about 128 million rubles. Before the purchase, Korsik owned no shares in Bashneft.
The list of top-managers who bought stakes in the company includes vice presidents Kirill Andreichenko with a 0.0099% stake, Alexei Lisovenko with 0.0050%, Igor Marchenko with 0.0038%, Vladislav Pozdyshev with 0.0064%, and first vice presidents Mikhail Stavsky with 0.0117% and Denis Stankevich with 0.0103%.
